个人简历

张露,博士,副教授,校聘教授,博士生导师,国家淡水鱼加工技术研发专业中心副主任,为江西省“双千计划”科技创新高端人才,江西省青联联合会十一届委员会委员,中国农业工程学会农产品加工及贮藏工程专业委员会理事,中国海洋学会海洋中药专业委员会委员,江西省(省本级)特殊食品技术专家等。主要从事食品营养与慢性代谢性疾病调节、水产品加工和副产物高值化利用两方面的工作,主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等国家和省部级项目10余项,主要参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金等国家和省部级项目16项,发表学术论文80余篇,获省部级科研奖励6项,国家授权发明专利17件,指导本科生参加“互联网+大学生创新创业大赛、全国大学生生命科学竞赛等获国家和省级奖励6项。同时,通过技术服务、联合技术攻关、产品开发等对接服务煌上煌集团有限公司、华润江中、江西德上制药有限公司、江西倍得力生物工程有限公司等企业10余家。
